Tractor and trailer.

This project was for fun. I had several old toy trucks and tanks, so I decided to make something up using them.

The tractor section was a wood box construction and then the standard kit parts to detail it.

These are static display models only and so did not need working steering or suspension.

You could call this style sketching. I'm just throwing ideas down with what materials I have at hand.

It is fun to just make something without investing time in the working details. I do love making things work, but look at this as the paper and pencil sketch.

As I can't draw, I use this technique as my 3D drawing and I have a physical model at the end of it.

This is a communications remote drone.

This is the same build technique, wood and kit parts. In this case, plastic boxes and old battery cases.

The trailer was made from old toys on a wood frame.
